General Information

The following information provides an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified.

Data Collection

When you visit websites, certain information is automatically created and stored, including on this website. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously, treat personal data confidentially, and act in accordance with legal data protection regulations.

Server Log Data

The following data is automatically stored by the web server:

  • Address (URL) of the accessed website
  • Browser and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Address (URL) of the previously visited page (Referrer URL)
  • Hostname and the IP address of the device used to access the site
  • Date and time

Web server log files are typically stored for two weeks and then automatically deleted. The data is not shared with us, but it cannot be ruled out that the data may be accessed in the event of unlawful behavior.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website - for this, the server log files must be recorded.

Storage of Personal Data

Personal data that is electronically transmitted through the website, such as name, email address, address, or other personal details in the context of form submissions or comments, will only be used for the specified purpose, securely stored, and not shared with third parties. Personal data will only be used with consent for communication and the processing of products offered on this website. If personal data is transmitted by email outside of this website, we cannot guarantee secure transmission or protection of the data. Therefore, it is not recommended to transmit confidential data unencrypted via email.

Personal data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us during your order, when contacting us (e.g., by email or contact form), or when opening a customer account. The data collected is apparent from the respective input forms. The data you provide is used to process the contract and handle your inquiries. After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account deleted, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the expiration of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data for other purposes permitted by law, about which we will inform you below. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a function provided in the customer account.

To fulfill the contract, we pass your data to the shipping company tasked with the delivery, to the extent necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we pass the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution handling the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider we have engaged or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. The data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

There are two types of cookies: first-party cookies, created by our website, and third-party cookies, created by other websites (e.g., Google Analytics).

Cookies can be categorized into three types: essential cookies to ensure basic functions of the website, functional cookies to ensure the performance of the website, and targeted cookies to improve the user experience.

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases. You can delete cookies that are already on your computer at any time or deactivate cookies. If you do not allow us to use cookies, i.e., deactivate them in your browser settings, some functions and pages may not work as expected.
