SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. However, shipping times may vary slightly depending on product availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We ship from Austria to addresses within Austria and Germany.

Your order will be shipped via Austrian Post or DHL to the address you provide.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal for payment. Payment options will be displayed at checkout. All payments and refunds are processed in Euro (EUR).

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Depending on your destination country, additional fees such as taxes, customs duties, or shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return items. To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in their original condition. Your item must include a receipt or proof of purchase from ATIE.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you wish to return something, please email us at hello@wear-atie.com with your name, address, order number, and the items you wish to return. Once we have confirmed your request, we will email you with further details. Please note that the cost and responsibility of return shipping are yours until the package reaches us. We recommend using a reliable shipping service and insuring your return.

REFUND

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once your item has been reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a specified number of days, depending on your credit card issuer or bank’s policies.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

EXCHANGE

If you change your mind and would like a different ATIE item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FLC Design und Handel OG, Prinz-Eugen-Straße 17, 4020 Linz, hello@wear-atie.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The cost of returning the goods as well as any associated costs for importing the goods into Austria will be at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We can only accept unused and unworn goods with all tags still attached. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and return it to us.
